Turn Wheel fully inboard for easier access. Remove the 2 clips that hold the Lower Mud Guard at the bottom of the Front Bumper Cover. Move the Mud Guard aside. If Bulb replacement only, remove the Spring Retainer & replace Bulb. If Front Fog Light Assembly replacement, disconnect plug, remove nuts & clips, pull out light assembly & replace. Re-install plug & verify operation. Re-install Mud Guard.....
