I assume that your question relates to the high stop light. From the back seat face the back window. Firmly grab the plastic enclosure and pull it towards you. It might not release very easely, but that's the only way it comes out. Do not use a screw driver to prime it upwards as that can only damage it and will not help release the assembly.
