You have to remove the door panel and the triangle piece of plastic covering mirror mounting nuts from inside. Also you will have to partially pill out the plastic protection which is behind the plastic door panel. It's necessary in order to get access to the mirror harness. Remove nuts, be careful not to drop down the mirror, disconnect the harness. Connect a new mirror using the harness. After that install holding nuts and tighten them. Installation is reversal to disassembly.
PS: don't forget to disconnect the negative wire from the battery before you start working.
