As you may have found out you can't realistically do it from inside the engine compartment. Its all about cramming as much as possible into as little space as possible which the Jazz does rather well. Unfortunately the answer is you have to jack up the front of the car on the relevant side and possibly remove the wheel but see how you go in terms of space. Turning the wheel inwards may help. There is one clip you need to undo, front middle to top (2 oclock if you get my drift), which holds the liner to the front wing. Once undone the liner will move enough for you to get a clear run at the headlight wiring harness, rubber cover, etc. Needless to say, undo the harness, rubber cover, register the position of the lugs (middle one to the top) push in and up to release bulb. Reverse process to install and tidy up. Try not to touch the bulb glass with your hand or use gloves. Here is a video that will help you http://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=QPtFlkqGn8Q
