Once the screw is out there are pop clips on the front just pop the front down by pulling/prying evenly and 3 claws that hook over the headliner in the rear. See page 9 of 9 in the download below. The accessory meter can be bought separately from the whole box assembly. If you go to www.metrotoyotapartsnow.com you can get the meter for about $115. If you order it let them know I sent you from here. These meters are common to fail.
