Undo the two bolts under the tailgate using a box-spanner (or pliers) - see manual. The entire boomerang light unit pulls away from the metal body, but it's held tight. Nylon tyre lever is a good tool to use.
Bulb sockets are easily accessed from the back. Size is 380: 21/5W (double filament)
