If you really need to ask this question? Then, I suggest you take your car to A repair shop. It is not easy to do this job, And if you are not experienced in pulling motors and trannys it will be A very difficult job.
Remove the belt from your 1990 Acura Legend alternator. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the alternator. Remove the alternator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new alternator.

its in front of car in the exhaust manifold, u need a special socket to remove oxegyn sensor. fairly easy
The transmission filter is not in the pan like most other vehicles. On a 1990 acura legend it's an inline filter kinda looks like a fuel filter but located by the radiator.
