If the window in your 2000 Camry won't go up, it could be due to a malfunctioning window motor, a broken window regulator, or an electrical issue such as a blown fuse or faulty switch. Check the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the power windows and test the window switch for proper function. If those components are working, the problem may lie within the motor or regulator, which would require further inspection or replacement.
