The procedure is the same whether you have the manual or automatic environmental package. The factory service manual (that you should download from Toyota for about $10) calls the heater/ac control assembly the "integration panel." The manual unit appears to have five light bulbs, the automatic unit nine.
To get to them, pop out the center storage unit then the integration panel. Remove the rear panel (8 screws) to access the interior. You'll see caps for each of the bulbs. It looks like you just give them a twist to pop out of a socket, replace the bulb and put everything back together.
Obviously it's unlikely all the bulbs would fail in such a new car so if they're all out I'd suspect a connector rather than bulbs.

how to replace a heater matrix in a toyota previa
If your talking about the heated seats, you just get a small flat head screwdriver and pop the button out. Unplug the connector and you will see 2 bulbs. One is the for the on position and the other is just the display seat. Turn it with the flat head and the bulb will come out, once you do that put the new one in as you took it out and plug the connector back in and your done.

You may have a clogged heater core, or a leak in the system somewhere. Take your car to a mechanic who can replace the heater core or diagnose the leak.

To replace the heater core in a 1988 Toyota Celica GT, first disconnect the battery and drain the coolant. Remove the dashboard components and the center console to access the heater core housing. Disconnect the hoses from the heater core, then unbolt and remove the heater core from its housing. Install the new heater core by reversing the disassembly steps, ensuring all connections are secure before refilling the coolant and reconnecting the battery.
