I'm in the middle of the process right now and it turns out to be a bigger ordeal than I had hoped for. I've only begun on the 3rd door side, but the steps for the other side appear to be simmilar just a bit more difficult in getting the panel off. The entire rear door panel needs to be snapped of after unscrewing the two screws in the cup holder/ arm rest. The stock speaker will then be exposed and need to be pulled out, only after unsnapping the left side of the speaker mount. Unplug the speaker and you should be left with some speaker wire and a plastic connector. In order to connect the new speaker to the truck speaker wire, you must then cut the plastic connector off, leaving just wire. Following that, you then strip the wires, exposing the copper on all four ends and connect. Color coordination I'm yet to figure out. Cant tell which is neg or positive. You'll just have to test both or find out somewhere. And that's where I'm at. Looks like the next step will be drilling and mounting the speaker on the door frame. Hope this helped give you some sort of reference.
