Take it to the dealer. An '08 at this time is still covered under the 5 year/60k miles power train warranty. It is apparently a difficult repair due to the sideways orientation of the engine, especially the V6. It's already taken more than 24 hours to have mine done. It's in the Toyota shop as I type.
