This is a royal pain in the rear. Even once you get the motor installed, the hard part is lining up the wiper control arm to where it will operate the blades correctly. I did this, but it is hard to explain. I will tell you that the small arm that comes off the back of the motor (between the engine compartment panel and the firewall) needs to be aimed a down toward the passenger side. If you are looking at the motor from the front of the car, it would be about 7 o'clock. It is a trial and error thing though, so be patient.
