Hmmm, actually I doubt many owners resent their alarms, in fact most probably appreciate it. Ok, smart aleck mode off: If you meant 'reset' the alarm you might want to change your question and be a little more specific. If the alarm is sounding because someone tried to break into your car just press the lock or unlock button on your keyfob. If the alarm is sounding for no obvious reason maybe you bumped the emergency alert button on your keyfob. Just press the button again to turn the horn/lights off. While you're here, keep in mind you can also change the factory alarm from passive (sets itself when you lock the door) to active (you have to push the button on the fob). You can make the alarm do other tricks as well. You'll have to look in the factory service manual for details. Cheers
To reset the security alarm system on a 2006 Toyota Solara, first, ensure that the vehicle is unlocked using the key or remote. Then, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine. Leave it in this position for about 10 seconds, then turn it back to "Off" and remove the key. This should reset the alarm system. If the issue persists, consult the vehicle's manual or a professional for further assistance.
