Turn off radio
Press and hold 'Sound' button. On the radio body to the right of SOUND button should have the word 'Clock'.
Press button '4' to adjust Hour. On the radio body to the bottom of '4' button should have the letter 'H'.
Press button '5' to adjust Minute. On the radio body to the bottom of '5' button should have the letter 'M'.
Press 'Sound' to end clock setting
There is no such thing as a V4 Honda Accord. The 2004 Inline 4 cylinder Honda Accord has a timing chain and it is not an item that you replace at a set interval. Normally it will last the life of the engine. The V6 has a Cam Belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles.

To set the appropriate code on a radio in a 2003 Honda Accord go to a dealership. Each code is made individually for every car and will need to be reprogramed by a service tech.
