Take it to a reputable oil change station or your Nissan dealer... Only do a "flush" if the vehicle has LESS than 75k miles. Otherwise, you'll develop leaks around the seals.
I've been a xterra owner for about nine years.if refer to your owners manual it will tell you that it 31/2 quarts.

the speed governor is controlled internaly by the ecu. the only bypass is to alter the software inside, which usually means removing the ecu and sending it out for modification/reflash. the governed limit relates directly to the tires fitted as oem, which like all tires, have a maximum speed rating.
