To tighten the air conditioning belt on a Daewoo Lanos, first, locate the tensioner pulley and loosen the adjustment bolt. Then, use a wrench to rotate the tensioner and increase the tension on the belt. Once the desired tightness is achieved, tighten the adjustment bolt to secure the tensioner in place. Finally, double-check the belt for proper tension and alignment before closing the hood.

If the defrost on a 2000 Daewoo Lanos isn't working, it could be due to a few reasons. Common issues include a malfunctioning blower motor, a blocked or clogged air intake, or a problem with the climate control system. Additionally, low coolant levels or a faulty thermostat can prevent the heater from producing warm air necessary for defrosting. It's advisable to check these components to diagnose and resolve the issue.
