All cars get different fuel mileage. Even if they are the same make and model. It all depends on where and how you drive. Start with a full tank of gas and if you have a trip gauge, reset it. When it's time to get more gas, divide the number of miles you drove on the first tank by the number of gallons you just put in. That will give you an average on your mpg. For example, you drove 250 miles on the first tank and you just filled it up with 10 gallons: 250 / 10 = avg. 25 miles per gallon. Do this at least 3 times and you will most likely see a little bit of a difference.
