Open the hood to your vehicle and locate the retaining clips, using a flat head screwdriver release the retaining clips. With that done you can remove the bumper light and disconnect the harness. With the headlight removed you can now remove the cover if you wish.
open the hood. look straight down and there are little clips on the front of the frame...sorta by the radiator... unscrew them and it should come off.

there is a few screws in between the headlights under the hood and clips go into the fenders. that's basically it besides removing the splash shield!
