In 1993 two engine options where available for the Del Sol. The 1.5L SOHC and the 1.6L SOHC VTEC. The 1.5L Engine has the spark plug wires the back of the valve cover, and the valve cover is black. On the 1.6L the spark plugs are located the front of the valve cover, and the valve cover is also black. On the 1994 Del Sol the VTEC emblem is on the valve cover.
