Which motor oil for 1987 Nissan pickup truck?

I have used Pennzoil 10W-30 in my 1987 Nissan Pickup 4 cylinder Z24 for the last 16 years. I bought it in 1992 with 75,000 miles and now have 177,000 miles on it. It uses no oil other than maybe 1/4 or 1/2 quart between oil changes every 3,000 miles. Still seems to be a strong running truck!
