Follow the recommendation in your owner's manual. It will not be 3,000 miles which is a waste of oil and money. On most 2002 vehicles with modern lubricants and filters 5,000 miles is about right.
For my 2002 Echo it is 3.7 Liters with a filter change.

Every 8000 km,or 6 moths.
3.6 liters
Transmission fluid will last roughly 70,000-80,000 miles so anywhere in there.

The oil capacity of a 2002 Toyota Echo is approximately 4.5 quarts (or about 4.3 liters) when using a standard oil filter. If you are using a larger aftermarket oil filter, the capacity may increase slightly. Always consult the owner's manual for the most accurate specifications.
3 month 3000 miles
Every 3000 miles recommended.
Change the oil/filter every 5,000 miles is you use conventional oil and every 8,000 miles if you use 100% synthetic oil.
manual recommends 5w and 10w
