The coolant drain plug for a 2002 Daewoo Leganza is typically located at the bottom of the radiator or on the engine block itself. You can find it on the lower side of the radiator, often on one of the corners. If you're looking at the engine, check near the water pump or the engine's lower section for a drain plug or petcock.
