i didn't know there was such a van,i thought the last manufactured previa was made in'97. the basic oil change for all vehicles despite how old or new they are is 3 mos or 3000 miles which ever comes first.make sure you use 5w 30 of a good quality oil like castrol,or mobile;valvoline is ok too. of course synthetic is the best, but read up on how to go from conventional to synthetic. doc good luck!
In the Toyota Previa, the ignition coil is typically located near the engine, often mounted directly on or near the spark plugs. Depending on the model year and engine configuration, it may be found in a position that requires the removal of engine covers or other components for access. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for precise location and replacement procedures.
The belt that you refer to is a self adjusting steel belt that is inside the engine. It does not need replacement.
The gas regulator on a Toyota Previa is typically located on the engine, usually near the fuel rail. It is part of the fuel system and helps maintain the correct fuel pressure for the engine's operation. For specific models, it may be positioned towards the rear of the engine bay, often near the intake manifold. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for precise location and access details.
In a 1996 Toyota Previa, the oil level sensor is typically protected by the 10A fuse located in the engine compartment fuse box. This fuse is often labeled as "ENG" or "Engine." It's always a good idea to consult the owner's manual for the exact fuse layout and specifications to ensure proper identification.
It should last the life of the engine and is normally replaced during an engine overhaul.
Toyota recommends every 5,000 miles but you could do it sooner if desired
In a 1991 Toyota Previa, the primary temperature sensor, often referred to as the coolant temperature sensor, is located near the engine block, typically on the cylinder head or near the thermostat housing. There may also be an additional temperature sensor for the engine management system, which is usually in the same area. For the interior climate control, the temperature sensor is located in the dashboard, monitoring cabin temperature. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for exact locations and specifications.
Should be changed every 60,000 miles. This is NOT an interference engine.
In the 1995 Toyota Previa, the coil is typically located near the engine, often mounted on or near the ignition system, while the condenser is found in the front of the vehicle, integrated into the air conditioning system just in front of the radiator. The condenser is responsible for dissipating heat from the refrigerant, while the coil is part of the ignition system that helps generate the spark for the engine. If you're looking for specific locations, referring to a service manual or repair guide for the Previa can provide detailed diagrams and instructions.
Still depends in how often you change your oil. If say, in every 3k km then ordinary to semi will do.
You must replace the belt every 90,000 miles. Warning:This is an interference engine.
5000 miles
