Every 105,000 miles. On the 4 cylinder you should also change the balance shaft belt. On both the 4 cylinder and the V6 the water pump is driven by the cam belt, so change the water pump at the same time you change the cam belt to save labor costs as the pump will not last much over 105,000 miles. These engines are interference engines. If the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage. Do not neglect this service.
