Some people never replace and in most cases you do not have to. But if you bought the car from someone else or you used put cheap gas I would change filter at least each 100K miles.
If it has a replaceable filter replace it every 50,000 miles.
Toyota recommends every 90K.
The 1999 Toyota Camry Scheduled Maintenance Guide says replace @ 30,000 miles. However it also says if the vehicle is driven primarily on unpaved or dusty roads then inspect the filter every 5,000 miles. When inspecting it says to "Check for damage, excessive wear and oiliness. Replace if necessary."
If it has a replaceable filter I recommend every 75,000 miles.
A 2002 Camery does not use a fuel pump in the old sense of the word. There is a screen in the tank that is supposed to filter out any large particles. According to theory, this never needs changing.
Not sure but it is probably in the fuel tank. The unit has a filter that is not serviceable.
Every 90K miles.
100-120K miles.

Every 100K or when necessary.
