You need to start by removing the ashtray cup via a Phillips head screw. Then Gently with a cloth covered flathead screwdriver or two, pry up gently on all four sides of that plastic piece surrounding the shift indicator. Then gently pry out the vents above the radio. Just use the flatheads to pry these out (You think you're breaking something... you're not don't worry). Then remove the screws behind these vents. Then there will be two more to take out and you're finished. If you cannot find the last two screws then you don't deserve to drive this car. Just sell it and buy a bicycle! ; ) Good Luck!
