You need shims. Not a DIY job. Take it to a pro. You need a feeler gauge and a 10mm wrench, or a DenLors 648827 specialty tool. The adjustments are made with screw adjusters. Certain procedure must be followed, with four positions of the crank and adjusting corresponding valves per cylinder.
