How to fix a DRL indicator on 2000 Honda accord mine is always on except when i turn on my lights but my right high beam does not go on everything else works checked fuses and light bulbs all are okay?

check the relay under the hood if it click when you trun on the light if not needs to be change, also check again the bulbs. Even if there is continuity on it you need to compare it to a new one.
