To replace the starter motor in a 2001 Nissan Pulsar 1.8 ST hatch, first disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Remove any necessary components obstructing access to the starter, such as the air intake duct. Unbolt the starter motor from its mounting, disconnect the electrical connectors, and then remove the old starter. Install the new starter by reversing the steps, ensuring all connections are secure before reconnecting the battery.
I had trouble finding a manual but rang around to some book stores and found one in NSW which ordered one for me from the UK. The Nissan Almera is the UK name for the Pulsar. Same car. Here's the link for the Nissan Pulsar 02 manual which I bought (My car is the hatch which was built in the UK anyway). http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=44253&langId=-1 I do not know the name of the bookstore who ordered it for me as I've lost the receipt. Wish I did though... they were so helpful!!
How to replace a brake light on a nissan Tiida hatch back.
4x4? coupe? sedan? hatch?
Yes. It is a direct fit. Nissan didn't change the rear hatch and they are interchangeable. 1984-86 won't have the third brake light. 1987-1989 will and you'll have to wire that in if you want it to be operable.
in the floor of the trunk or hatch
I have an 07 and the glass hatch opener is to the right of the rear hatch opener. It is much smaller though.
if your talking about the rear hatch i just took a flat head screwdriver and popped the little rings off around the connector where in attaches to the car and the hatch
