You may have a hydrolic clutch. One that takes fluid to make it work, check your clutch fluid.
if manual clutch, if auto it can be the transmission. same for any other car, my mx3's clutch gave out, all that happened is i rolled, turned off the car, pumped the clutch pedal for 10 mins, and off we went. but if motor is not still running, it can be a number of things
There isn't any linkage, it has a cable, check to see if the cable is loose. There is a U clip that holds the cable in place,if the U clip is in place and there isn't any slack in the cable, it could be your tranny. Is the clutch disengaging? If when you push the clutch in the engine can be turned over or the car can be pushed, it is not a problem with the clutch.
The clutch won't go into gear while the car is turned on but it will went the car is turned off
Not 100% sure about the Toyota truck, but I had that same problem with a late 90's Chevy. Turned out to be the clutch fan ($25 part) after I had replaced almost everything in the cooling system.
No. My 2002 Softail (Deuce) will start in gear, clutch in or clutch out, if the ignition is turned on.
Your truck must have been put up for awhile. This problem is virtually unheard of anymore. Hate to be the one to tell you this, but the only proper way to remedy this is to yank the transmission, have the flywheel turned, and the clutch parts replaced.
Help me please - engaged clutch - turned key- engine turned over - power and all then died -- restarted - pop and no power as if battery died???? what can I trouble shoot and where to start???? Thanks
With the ac off your clutch the outer non belt driven part will not be turning. When it is turned on it will start to spin.
Objects that can be pushed, pulled, twisted, and turned include toys like action figures and dolls, which can be manipulated in various ways during play. Tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers also fit this description, as they are designed to be turned and twisted while being pushed or pulled to perform tasks. Additionally, furniture items like drawers can be pushed and pulled, and their knobs can be twisted. Finally, everyday items like doors can be pushed open, pulled shut, and twisted if they have a knob or handle.
The back of the PWC is pushed to the left when a PWC's steering control is turned to the right.
i was checking fuses on 1994 toyota camry and airbag light turned on.
Of course your clutch and/or gearbox are faulty...
