did you have your ignition coil replaced? the signs are that the ignition coil is overheating thus you are able to restart after an hour, when the coil cools.

Check your neutral safety switch on the transmission. It is either loose or out by a hair, that is why it work only some times.

Since you've replaced everything else associated with the ignition, try replacing the crankshaft position sensor. I'd bet that's your problem.
i had the same problem, replaced everything and it turned out to be the distributor, they go bad on these vehicles.
No spark? Have you replaced the ignition module inside the distributor? That would be my guess.
