If the door locks and power seats stopped working at the same time and the fuses are good on a 1996 Toyota Avalon how can you repair the problem?

honestly the best thing you could do is get a new vehicle. Models that old that have power windows/locks are screwed once they stop working..... cheaper to just get a new car Since you say they all went out at the same time, it is unlikely that it is a failure on the locks or window motors themsevles but it sounds like there is a bad wire somewhere...you would have to take it to a mechanic to find out what wire, without extensive electrical system knowledge.
