I'm not totally sure, but I'm almost positive it has a belt. The best way to find out is to go to a parts store and have them look it up. Most vehicles now a days use a belt since they use less power to drive, exp if they use a dual over head cam. If you open the hood and see DOVC on the engine then expect it to have a belt, if you see SOHC them possiblity it has a chain.
