The crankshaft position sensor is located on the front of the engine inside the timing belt cover
in the steering column.
Crank position sensor is located next to the crankshaft. In order to replace it you might have to remove the timing belt. In the most models you just can remove remove the timing belt cover and replace the sensor.
It is located on the throttle body, it is on the side facing the front of the car between the throttle body and the valve cover

Mitsubishi uses metric system.
it is located on the topside of the crank sprocket behind the timing cover.
there is no crank sensor on a Mitsubishi 3000 gt but there is a crank angle sensor that looks just like a distributor its in the back of the engine on top between valve covers
Most all governors are located in the ECU/PCM of the vehicle. I believe that eclipse ECU's are located under hood. Once located, it would have to be removed properly and then chipped/flashed by a tuner.
