My Ford Focus 2001 has a leak resulting in a small puddle in the passenger foot-well and the carpet is slightly damp Where could it be coming from?
heater core is leaking.It has to be replaced.Check to see if it is turning the carpet green or if it has a sweet smell to it. Don't replace anything yet until you check it out! The above is poor advice. Look for my other post on the water leak on the passenger side. My Focus had it, and I fixed it. Could it be the heater core? Sure, but don't assume it is.
