Have seen and repaired many of these V-6 front wheel drive vans with this p0174 code (bank 2 lean) by replacing all the goofy network of PCV hoses on the rear bank closest to the firewall. This network of crankcase ventilation hoses is poorly designed in that they are poor quality, and poorly routed. The rubber hoses get soft and deteriorate and leak badly. Replacing only the effected hose will get you by for a while then another right next to it will fail. If you go with the very unreasonably expensive factory hoses and plastic fittings,...make sure you buy the whole setup,..probably more than $150.00 combined,.... We used thicker fuel hose and brass fittings to repair them all and routed them a little different. Removing the electronic EGR valve and the power brake booster vacuum hose and retainer bracket will allow just enough room to get at the hoses.
