The signal and emergency flashers are located behind the lower dash panel aprox in the center. You need to remove several small screws to drop this plastic panel. Once it is off the flashers are visable.

Both the turn signal and 4-way flashers are located behind the plastic lower dash panel, aprox under the radio area. The lower dash panel must be removed to gain access to the flashers.
Unscrew the screw that attaches it to the headlight. Pop it out. Twist bulb so it comes out.
