Torque specs for axle spindle nut for 2001 KIA RIO?

First down to 20 ft lbs then back off to allow thrust washer to move freely with finger pressure. Then recheck in 300 miles (I checked mine every 100 up to 300) for abnormal tightness or loosness. Any abnormalities? Just repeat the first steps until bearing is worn-in. Note: Cape chisel is required to remove indent in lock nut made when installed. Additional lock nuts may be required during adjustments as the process for getting them to lock does them in.
