Turn signal/Flasher relay is under dash on drivers side, if you have a manual transmission is is almost directly above the clutch pedal. It is a gray colored box about 2 inches wide by 4 inches long. Just grab hold of it and pull it straight out of holder, should say flasher/turn signal on relay. FYI it can only be bought at the dealer! all auto part stores here in VA said it is a dealer item so imagine it is costly, i went to junk yard myself and got it for $7..Hope this helps.
