this could be a number of problems sorry but i would start with the cheapest first
have service shop check balance of rim/ tire
buy a repair manual spacific for your car find trouble shooting section
replace wheel bearing
check for sloppy suspention or steering componants while apart
replace axle shaft (front wheel drive cars only)cv joint may be At Fault easier to change whole shaft.
if these dont do it you may have an allignment issue or a bent hub assembly.
