I had this same problem when I listened to CDs I recorded on my laptop. I cleaned the CD player, that didn't help although it did improve the sound clarity, I still had the clicking sound. I re-recorded the CD at higher speed, 20x, than the system default speed and I haven't had a problem since. It only returns if I play a CD recorded at a lower speed.

One thing that can cause a clicking noise under the car is when the bar bushings get worn out on the sway bar. Also, it could be coming from the struts if strut oil is leaking. Other things that can cause a clicking noise if not working properly are the exhaust system and the transmission clutch assembly.
A loud fast clicking noise is usually indicative of a low battery or a loose cable.

If just clicking and not starting, most likely a dead battery.
The speedometer cable is either worn out or loose.
Where is the clicking coming from? Within the engine compartment or inside the car?
Starter solenoid shot. Replace Starter.

It is a safety-switch noise that does not allow you to put the vehicle in reverse until the vehicle comes to a complete stop. I was told that this is normal (2002-2006), but I do not understand how Honda could release a product that has such a noise.
