most likely it is a problem with the bushings in your compression rods. The dealers used to replace the entire rods but now I think they just replace the worn part - I think there is a TSB on it. Check infinitihelp.com for the TSB and talk to your local dealer to get the issue resolved.
You may need to check your brakes or the rollers on your brakes
