2 things I can think of

1 it is humid outside and your ac has frozen, the white particles are snow, or ice being carried out by the air flow.. Shut off the ac compressor but leave the fan running and in a while the ice will melt.

2 you either now have or at some point had a leak in your heater core, the minerals in the coolant were left behind when the water evaporated and are now flaking off and flowing with the air current.. Have the heater core checked for leaks..

This can also happen if your drain vent tube was or is plugged and the same minerals were left behind by condensation water collecting in the heater box, in this case you might need to open it up and clean it out, also unplug the drain hose.
