What does it cost to replace the ignition switch on a 1993 subaru legacy?

I had the Suby dealer in Auburn WA fix mine, the unit is held in place with 2 long bolts.

The metal brackets are welded together and the electrical connections have to be soldered to the new Ignition switch.

Cost-$289 or so.
