No, as long as you don't make a habit of it. Don't put antifreeze in your washer bottle. It will smear when the wipers come on.
Don't use the same one in the windshield bottle as the radiator. Boy, did I learn a lesson there. Your owner's manual will tell you what you need to know.

Please restate your question as I do not understand what you mean. What bottle are you talking about that you poured the antifreeze in? A few drops leak where, from the bottle?
Blown Head gasket. If you have a 3.8 liter v6, it happens commonplace with that engine.
Not sure about 1999 but on 1998, pumps and windshield fluid bottle are one assembly. Take out the windshield fluid bottle, you'll find two pumps at the bottom.
