The Land Cruiser has two fuse panels. There is a panel in the floor on the passenger side and also a fuse panel in the engine bay.
Installed the battery backward. A short. Or a fuse blew.
You can find a diagram of the fuse box in an 87 Land Cruiser in the vehicle's owner's manual. You can also find it in auto part stores.

The fuse box on my 85 landcruiser is on the outside wall next to the excellerator pedal.
In a 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser, the fuse box is located in two main areas. The primary fuse box is under the dashboard on the driver's side, near the steering column. There's also an additional fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery. You can access both by removing the covers to check or replace fuses.
My 93 has it under and to the right of steering column but it's a right hand drive.

The Land Cruiser Prado has a smaller engine and body than the larger Land Cruiser 200 or LC200 (older model was the LC100). If you just say "Land Cruiser" then you could mean either the Prado or 200, specifying the particular sub model will give you the actual vehicle. Then of course you get various guises (engines and specifications) of the Prado and 200 and these depend on the market in which they are sold. There is also a Land Cruiser Pickup/Ute/Bakkie version and the prado also comes in a short wheel base version.
The fuse box for a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. Specifically, it can be found behind a cover near the steering column. There is also another fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery, which houses fuses related to engine and other essential electrical components.
