overdrive off, on a 2003 it is in the end of the gear select lever
If it's the hidden button I think you are referring to, should you
experience electric release failure (where you cannot get
the shifter out of park) pushing this button is a manual over ride
allowing you to get the shifter out of park
There is a button hidden on the front left of the shift consol (matching the trim) that releases the Transmission lock! (Adapted from an answer on a different model year. THANKS!)
only the bottom pan
The ECO Light on a Toyota Sienna comes on when in light acceleration. It holds the Transmission Shift points longer to give the Sienna better fuel economy. under moderate to hard acceleration the ECO light will go off and the transmission will have very quick shift points.
The shift lock button is used when the battery has discharged or the ignition isn't turned on, once the button is pressed it allows the gear lever to be moved from P (parking) to N (neutral).
The button when pushed changes the revolutions at which the transmission shifts. It will shift at higher RPMs when the button in engaged. Normally used when pulling a load.
its on the shift lever of my dx where your thumb hits the lever
get in under the truck and unhook the transmission link and move it towards the back two clicks
Look in the owners manual. There is a button close to gear shift that you can press in a sequence to get unstuck.
Because to press a button to shift a button is like pressing shift to press hard.
OD means Overdrive. The light is on because you have disengaged the Overdrive. The button is on the shift lever on the side. Push that button to engage the overdrive.
there will be a small button below the gear shift stick.... on the stick itself.. just click that button.....
