all i would like to know is how much weight that you can carry in a truck bed of a v-six Toyota safely .
You need to look at the Payload capacity of your particular truck. I have a V6 Double Cab, 5 spd. automatic transmission. the max payload is 1150 lbs. Look for this figure on the inside of the drivers side door opening. I personally weigh 225 lbs, so the max that can be EVENLY DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE BED of the truck would be 925 lbs. If I had a passenger beside me who weight 200 lbs, the max. that should be in the bed would be 725 lbs (1150 - 225 - 200 = 725 lbs)
However, there is always an engineered safety factor to the figures that are published in the manuals etc. I have personally, after a bush party, carried a full seating capacity (5 people) + 5 other people in the bed of the truck (2 big guys and 3 girls); 10 people approx, 175lbs each = 1750 lbs. the bed alone carrying approx. 875 lbs (5 people)
no, the tacoma bed is narrower than the ford.
Of course it will. You can put any bed from any truck on any other truck. A bed is a bed is a bed.
The Toyota pickup with the largest wheelbase and bed is the Tacoma. You can read inforation on the Tacoma and all of its features at www.toyota.com/tacoma.
The Toyota Tacoma's bed dimensions are 41.5 x 56.7.
Its on the inside of the frame of the truck between the cabin and the bed. it is not on the inside of the frame of the truck between the cab and the bed. it is under the intake manifold on the drivers side of the block.
The Honda Ridgeline generally offers more overall room compared to the Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab. The Ridgeline has a larger cabin with more rear-seat legroom and cargo space in the bed, thanks to its innovative in-bed trunk design. While the Tacoma is a capable truck, its interior space is typically more compact, making the Ridgeline a better choice for those prioritizing passenger comfort and storage capacity.
yes as long as they are both short or long bed
The topper from a Toyota Tacoma typically will not fit a Toyota Tundra, as the two trucks have different bed sizes and dimensions. The Tacoma generally has a narrower and shorter bed compared to the Tundra, which is larger and designed for heavier payloads. To ensure a proper fit, it's best to check the specific model years and bed configurations of both vehicles.
no, Toyota and dodge are 2 completely different trucks
Most likely, most truck beds fit other truck beds, especially in the same make.
What is the weight of a 1987 Toyota pickup long bed with a 5 speed
I know some truck campers have mattresses that are 45 inches wide but I do not know what they are referred to as. S and S Camper Co. in Kalispell, Montana has put them in some of their earlier model truck campers like the short ones that will fit on a Toyota Tacoma truck bed.
