if i were you I would take it to a shop and have them do a total computer check on the car. it sounds like you have an open power source some where. This could be a alternator fuse its located under the hood it is usally a large bolt in fuse (Dealer Part) +30 Dollars, I blew this myself on 96 and it would run till the battery was drained dead but it usally took only a few mins, so if your running longer than that you may have a ground in your system somewhere else. its also possible that your engine is not earthed correctly, check your earth strap...
