I know RX7 FD wheels will fit on a Mk II MR2 but I don't know if the 14" wheels from the '92 MR2 will clear the brake calipers on the RX7.

yes, most Toyota wheels fit on Chevy 1/2 ton, but they don't have the same seating on the center hole the Toyota is bigger so you have to rotate tires more often. so they don't cup.
